To coordinate a Fundraiser, Enrichment, Service or Social event for ZQuest:

​

  1. Fill out the online “ZQuest Event Planning Form/Request” below. 

  2. When you submit the form, a copy will go to you, the ZQuest Parent Group Events Coordinator (Mindi WIndemuller) and Leslie Rindfliesch for review.

  3. The form will be reviewed and it should take about 1 week to review the information you submit and respond with an answer and/or options for your request.​

Please be sure to fill out and submit your request in full with proper time for review and planning to ensure your fundraiser is as successful as possible.
